I've provided a lot of advice and redressed a lot of wrongs, and I must say that what you've posted makes complete sense. Please persist in the good work - the more individuals know the better they'll be armed to deal with the tax man, and that's what it's all about. OK but if national money was available because the treasury was backed by collateral, then the indigenous people, local communities and via a tax on profits, the government would be the beneficiaries. Of course the donor of the collateral would need to secure the collateral face value that would act as guarantor for liquidity.
Gentlemen, that is the way out of poverty, and that is immediately available.
