		<description>Sounds like an interesting book that I would read.  I do wonder why it is easier for governments to give hand outs rather than actual help to those who need it.  It is a shame to hear that the corrupt people running the countries are continuing to allow their own people to suffer.  It seems to me that keeping people poor may be what the real &quot;push&quot; is. ~D~</description>
